Team Registration
This form is for companies that plan to have a team of four. If you do not know exact names of players, please put “Ask Me Later” in the player name field. The fee for a team is $350(Members) and $400(Non-Members)and lunch is included or $420(Members) and $470(Non-Members for pay in advance extras as listed below. You will receive up to a $50 discount if you are a sponsor. There are 2 options this year for team.
Option 1 ($420):
Team of 4 WITH: Mulligans ($20), Hit from red tees on holes #4, and #14 ($40), and Skins ($20). Cost is only $70 now with this sign up versus $80 the day of for a savings of $10.
